Refund & Deposit Policy

R3nder Media LLC

1. Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits paid to R3nder Media LLC are non-refundable.
Deposits secure your date, time, and project slot, and therefore cannot be returned under any circumstances.

2. Deposit Transfer Policy

Although deposits are non-refundable, they can be transferred to a future shoot within the same calendar year (12 months from the original booking date), subject to availability.

To transfer a deposit, the client must notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled shoot. Short-notice cancellations may limit rescheduling options.

3. Pricing Adjustments

If the transferred shoot differs from the original project in scope—such as additional hours, new locations, upgraded deliverables, or changes in creative requirements—
pricing may change accordingly.

The deposit will be applied as a credit toward the updated package or project total.

4. No-Show & Same-Day Cancellation

If a client does not show up or cancels on the day of the shoot:

• The deposit is forfeited.

• A new deposit will be required to book a future date.

5. Weather & Unavoidable Circumstances

If weather or unexpected conditions prevent shooting, R3nder Media LLC will work with you to reschedule within the 12-month period.
The deposit will still apply and remain non-refundable.
